Horse Day Camp

Graystone Stables is proud to announce that we will be offering Horse Day Camp this summer. Come join us for horseback riding, hay rides, crafts, games, and more. Our camp is well staffed with camp counselors to teach all aspects of horsemanship and horseback riding. All of the campers will be well supervised to make sure that they have a fun and safe time while they learn about horses. Campers will get a chance to ride every day. They will also work on horsemanship skills like safely haltering and leading horses, grooming horses, how to saddle a horse, and basic skills needed to care for a horse. They will learn about feeding horses, how much work goes into the daily care of a horse, information about horse health, information about horse breeds, and different types of riding styles and disciplines.

We will have two one-week long sessions. The first session is from July 11 - July 15. The second session is from August 1 - August 5. Each day will start at 9am and finish up at 1pm. A five-day session costs $400 per camper.

We welcome all levels of riders - beginners through advanced.
The recommended age for day camp is age six and above.
We plan on limiting the sessions to six campers per session to make sure that all campers have a safe and fun experience at Graystone.

Boots and Helmets are required for all riders. Helmets can be provided if camper does not have one.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notice received 5 days prior to camp a full refund will be given
No refund will be given if cancellation is within 5 days of camp
To change camp sessions there is a $25 fee
